Electrical Permit Application Update

Effective August 1st, 2020 Jasper County would like to direct all future electrical permit applications for the jurisdictions currently covered by the Jasper County Community Development to the Iowa Department of Public Safety. This includes unincorporated Jasper County, Baxter, Mingo, Prairie City, Monroe and Oakland Acres.

City of Monroe Proclamation Extended
The City of Monroe will be extending the proclamation until May 15, 2020, as Governor Reynolds announced this morning. All city offices will remain closed to the public until that date. Any questions please contact the city hall at 641-259-2319.
Additional Closings
